We are looking for Sales Representative (f/m/d) to join our Berlin team. You are a result-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills and actively willing to promote our consulting services as well as our tech products, such as the brand new job platform for European start-ups and scale-ups.


Role Description

  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships; as well as maintain the client database

  • Coordinate growth efforts with the marketing team and other departments

  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

  • Leverage KPIs to ensure the growth of our customer base and track sales records

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of proven professional experience in the sales field

  • Educational background in business or a related field, knowledge about HR is a plus

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM (ideally HubSpot)

  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships

  • Fluency in English, and German is a big plus


Required Skills

  • You have the ability to multitask and prioritize different projects at the same time

  • You are highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales

  • You are great at closing deals and have excellent selling, and negotiation skills

  • You are good at relationship management and open to feedback

  • You are excited to solve problems and love to challenge the status quo
