Who are we?

This company is a corporate company builder and aims to build new companies and innovative solutions with and for established companies. We started in 2013 and since then we support our clients to set up sustainable and effective innovation structures to foster innovation from inside (including entrepreneurship) and outside (including startup-corporate collaboration).

We are a team of entrepreneurs and doers, which is why we have expanded our range of services in recent years to include the topic of company building, with the aim of successfully supporting our customers throughout the entire innovation value chain. From the fuzzy frontend of innovation to the successful market entry and scaling of new business models.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for people who have experience with innovation programs & processes and are eager to work with a team of Innovators to build and lead successful entrepreneurship programs and startup collaboration programs at our clients.

What tasks await you:

  • You will be responsible for building and implementing entrepreneurship and startup collaboration programs for our clients in different industries.

  • You will lead a team of Innovation Managers in your programs.

  • You are comfortable on stage in a facilitating role or as a coach of the innovation teams.

  • You are part of the sales activities.

  • You visualize complex issues and develop implementation strategies.

  • You are familiar and have experience in lean startup management practices

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in management consulting, accelerator programs or innovation management in an established company.

  • Experience with structured innovation programs, innovation processes, innovation strategies

  • In-depth experience with project management and the stakeholder management required in corporates

  • Experience with coaching of teams

  • Facilitation experience in workshops or at larger events

  • Experience in planning and conducting workshops

  • Ability to develop complex concepts for customer projects

  • Fast comprehension, strong communication skills and hands-on mentality

  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

  • Confident handling of MS-Office and PowerPoint
