We are looking for a Marketing Specialist - Team Leader to join our Hero’s Team. You will help to create and maintain Marketing Automation.


Role description


⦁ Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing budgets by our business goals.

⦁ Execute campaigns through different marketing tools to increase visibility and interest in our B2B marketplace and B2C products.

⦁ Undertake market research studies and analyze the results to better understand the market, clients, and talent interests.

⦁ Increasing sales through marketing activities. Use research to identify likely key startup companies and develop effective pricing strategies that will induce them to purchase our products and services.

⦁ Develop a roll-out strategy for our B2C App solution and set up an ASO strategy.

⦁ Drive our employer branding strategy.

⦁ Lead a Marketing team of highly skilled professionals.

Requirements

⦁ 5-7 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Newsletter Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and/or Branding.

Must have previous Leadership experience.

⦁ Pro-active, can-do attitude with a strong drive to get things done.

⦁ Good knowledge of GA4, Data Studio, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Manager.

Must know how to work with one or more tools like Screaming Frog, Sistrix, Semrush, and/or Ahrefs.

⦁ You are a Team player and an exceptional communicator in English. B2 level of German is a must-have.

⦁ Candidates must have their project(s) to show for.

⦁ Experience working in a Start-up is good to have.

We are offering a Full-time Hybrid position, with a gross annual salary starting from € 70.000 to be negotiated based on your experience and qualification, and a share package.
