We are looking for our next superHERO / Head of Product (f/m/d) to complete our team in Vienna. The Head of Product oversees the whole product portfolio, overseeing its growth and the company’s overall product strategy. This executive works with other portfolio executives ( CTO, COO, CMO) to ensure that all products are aligned with the company’s culture and business goals. The right person for the position is not just an effective manager, but a product evangelist and visionary, capable of spotting trends and setting goals for years ahead.
Job Profile
Develop a vision and set the strategic direction of the product which aligns with customer needs, business growth, and overall technology strategy.
Own and drive the whole product lifecycle from design, launch, and development of cross-functional partnerships.
Define product requirements and roadmaps including things such as feasibility, time, cost, and impact.
Maintain multiple roadmaps in-line with company vision & strategy.
Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of products and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate across teams to communicate product strategies with internal stakeholders and adjust priorities according to feedback.
Work cross-functionally with Tech, Operations, Marketing, People, and Consulting teams.
Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.
Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
Build, mentor, and manage a product team
Nurture a customer-driven product culture.
Experience in building an end-user app
Have at least 5+ years of experience in product development
Able to manage, lead, and motivate multidisciplinary teams
Good communication and management skills
Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
Passionate about the customers and demonstrated experience in building a relationship with them
Experience interpreting customer needs and market trends
Highly effective cross-functional team management
Experience leading deeply technical product plans and aligning business strategy and technology delivery
Proven track record of clear communications with executives and stakeholders and across cross-functional teams
A data-driven method for decision making using KPIs and metrics
Advantageous
Previous working experience with HR Tech product development
A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
