This position offer the unique opportunity for a creative and charismatic individual with owned success in cross-media campaigns, as well as in brand and community building to lead the marketing & communications team in a fast-growing Scale-up. You will consolidate internal and external marketing, social media and digital production teams to drive the next scaling stage. With an ambitious team and an appetite for growth in the full funnel buyer journey, you'll lead the omni-channel strategy, execution and performance in a fast and highly competitive market environment.
What it's all about
Responsible for leading strategy to execution of effective paid media and multi-channel campaigns, aimed at driving ROAS and LTV in a high growth environment as the company expands full funnel.
Design data-driven optimizations and become a master of the in-house reporting systems and analytical tools to manage and improve campaign performance.
Take charge of specialty-focus areas like landing page testing, mobile conversion optimization, new platform integrations, and referral marketing in coordination with our product and engineering teams.
Lead and develop a team of highly talented marketers and coordinate internal and external production and social media teams while driving growth and business impact.
Partner with the corporate sales team to develop content and paid media strategies to grow the corporate fitness business.
Collaborate with the myClubs sports network, customers and clients to generate original content and tell stories that inspire a healthy lifestyle. Manage PR campaigns and media deals.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years experience managing large advertising budgets driving lead generation for digital products in the sports, health or lifestyle space.
Management experience (3+ years) for highly talented marketers, with the proven ability to delegate and grow talent in a fast-paced environment.
An academic foundation via a masters's degree in a related field. Exceptions can be made with strong hands-on experience.
Deep understanding and proven ability to influence and lead strategy and execution towards an omni-channel execution. Understanding of how to optimize for revenue, ROAS, and LTV as well as different attribution models and techniques, as is a plus.
Analytical mindset and comfortable digging into the numbers, preparing high-level reports and drawing actionable insights. Savvy with analytical tools, reporting tools, and web analytics.
Inherent problem-solving skills. You possess the experience, intellect and know-how to analyze, plan, execute and deliver top-notch results.

For the Head of Marketing (f/m/d), the company offers a competitive salary based on performance and previous experience. The base salary for this position is EUR 72,000 p.a.
