Channel Partner Manager (f/m/d) full-time

Here are some of your responsibilities: 

  • Managing the sales activities of our existing partners (resellers and OEM partners)

  • Create and execute business plans together with our partners

  • Performing regular forecasts

  • Identify and acquire new suitable channel partners

  • Interface between our partners, our sales organization, product marketing, PreSales and Customer Success Management.

  • Establishment, further development and support of channel partners incl. conclusion of contracts

  • Establishment of long-term and successful business relationships at all decision-making levels with the goal of upselling

  • Continuous analysis and acquisition of future partners

  • Creation and maintenance of partner development plans

  • Coordinate partner to plan, prioritize and manage market activities

  • Review and adapt partner agreements (memorandum of understanding or letters of intent)

  • Work closely with direct sales as well as external partners

  • Develop partner events

  • Train partners and their sales organization on products and proposal preparation

  • Creation of sales reports in the CRM system


And this is what we expect you bring to this role:

  • Successfully completed studies or comparable professional experience

  • Experience in selling cybersecurity SaaS solutions

  • Proven success in the acquisition and support of channel partners, ideally in the area of IT / digitization in the service.

  • Strong communication personality

  • In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity field is a distinct advantage

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

  • Other language skills are an advantage

  • 1-3 years leadership/management experience in channel sales.
