Data is relevant in all parts of our business - Commercial assortment selection and demand prediction, Marketing and Operations efficiency, and customer interaction with our product.

As BI Manager/Analytics Engineer you will build and define our data capabilities on top of a modern tech stack around Google Big Query and Y42.

Responsibilities:

• Take end-to-end data ownership, incl. defining & translating requirements of event collection and maintenance of datasets
• Communicate with key stakeholders in the organization and create high-quality reports while building clean, consistent & organized data models
• Design and define mid- & long-term data vision, architectural direction and team setup
• Establish data practices and team culture that emphasize the highest standards in data quality, reliability and speed of service to Business stakeholders
• Facilitate the adoption of self-service data insights across the organization

• 3+ years of experience in data modeling and/or analysis
• Strong analytical skills and experience in advanced data modeling - you take raw data from different event generating sources and turn that into optimized data model which is efficient and scalable
• Strong SQL skills (preferably on Google BigQuery), hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Analytical mindset, ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights
• Positive and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Enthusiasm for the product

Nice- to - have:

• Previous experience in a startup with end-to-end involvement in the data stack
• Experience with Google Cloud
• Experience with Y42 or similar tools
• Experience with Metabase
• Experience with Kubernetes, Airflow, Kafka and GCP cloud infrastructure
