As an Application Support Engineer (part-time, from 20h onwards) you are building the bridge between our users and our development and data science team. In coordination with the departments you will solve technical questions from our customers as well as your colleagues.


Your tasks:

  • Setting up and configuring products for our customers
  • Creating bug reports and feature requests
  • Specifying and programming workflows for automation and invoice release (KNIME and Camunda)
  • Handling customer inquiries in written form or on the telephone
  • Compilating comprehensible documentation for various processes
  • Supporting the sales team in all product specific concerns

Requirements

What you should bring with you:

  • Interest in the topic of machine learning in the financial sector
  • Basic knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language
  • Basic technical knowledge of REST APIs and data wrangling
  • Independent as well as service- and process-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Prior knowledge in the area of accounting/finance is advantageous

The minimum salary for this position is € 1890 ,- (full time) in the application group AT for the entry level (1-3 years), overpayment is possible depending on qualification.
