Our team is growing and we are currently seeking a qualified Vice President (VP) People to join us. You will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution and also help shape the future of the company by directly participating in planning and decision-making. The VP shall be expected to provide strategic leadership and direction to all facets of human resources management. The goal is to ensure that overall mission and objectives of the company are achieved.
Provides guidance and strategic direction for all dimensions of the company impacting the organization’s structure, staffing, and employee engagement.
Participates in executive planning and decision making, providing administrative leadership and coordination to the organization; identifies ways to support this mission through talent management.
Establishes and implements short and long-term organizational goals, not limited to reinforcing culture, setting goals, developing policy, processes, and implementing strategic objectives.
Grows and builds a unified team, providing direction to assigned staff in line with establishing work priorities as well as discharging their duties.
Champions culture in the organization, helps the team understand and live our core values through effective programs that promote morale while achieving company goals.
Directs the recruitment process, and supervises retention, recognition, and employee communication.
Oversees talent management, including staff training, leadership development, and career development.
Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or equivalent.
5-8 years of professional experience in human resources management.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic HR management i.e., planning and policy, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, and staff development.
A self-directed leader with an entrepreneurial spirit, who proactively takes ownership and is excited to scale our team and company.
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices and excellent project management skills.
Tech-savvy, with hands-on experience of several years in management and tech hiring.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German is an advantage.
Excellent supervisory, leadership, and team-building skills; the ability to motivate, inspire trust, set goals, delegate, and ensure the accountability of colleagues.
Demonstrated success in strategic thinking, planning, implementation, and problem-solving.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems.

A full-time position, with a gross annual salary up-to € 80.000 with a willingness to overpay based on your qualifications.
