As Senior Solution Engineer / Data Scientist in the Customer Success & Solutions team, you are responsible for leading and delivering cognitive automation solutions to our customers based on our products. This involves diverse tasks from evaluating customer requirements, technical solution consulting, solution design, project planning, data evaluation, solution implementation, solving data science challenges, and customer onboarding.
Take responsibility for technical planning and solution design by transforming customer requirements into efficient cognitive automation workflows by leveraging our internal software solutions suite.
Own the ongoing technical communication across various stages with the customer. Be the trusted go-to technical contact for the customer. Support Pre-Sales and Customer-Success Team with technical know-how.
Deliver the implementation of cognitive automation solutions to meet customer requirements within the project timeline.
Navigate enterprise environments both technically and communication-wise. This means using your knowledge of enterprise environments to help customers in setting up communication efficiently, communicating requirements and responsibilities clearly, ensuring fast feedback loops, and supporting the setup and use of our on-premise software solutions.
Transform data from customers into high-quality input for machine learning and data analysis. This involves data gathering from web APIs, exploratory data analysis, data cleaning, transforming data, data validation, and optimization of data label quality for the training of high-performance machine learning models.
Ensure that delivered solutions continue to operate smoothly and provide proactive technical support to customers as needed.
Establish implementation processes and contribute code that improves the time spent on projects and also ensures the high quality of the solution delivered.
Extend and enhance the solution engineering toolbox with the latest technologies to optimize the implementation projects' efficiency and results.
Collaborate and communicate internally with the customer success, machine learning & product engineering team. This includes project reviews, helping to conceptualize new features, ongoing communication of customer needs, and relevant insights learned.
