So that they can expand their services even further, they are looking for you as Sales Director High Velocity Team (DACH + Worldwide) (f/m/d) in full-time.

Your Tasks:

  • Manage a Team of 7 people in all aspects
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals, also driving the origination of new initiatives and expand business with current key clients on the territory
  • Generate net new business and expansion of presence in mid-market accounts within your verticals
  • Constantly improve the sales know how of the team.
  • Live a highly automated datadriven salesprocess with Salesforce, Hubspot & Echobot.
  • Do weekly 1:1 with your team and coach them through the current deals
  • Do weekly forecast with your team in Salesforce
  • Reporting line and Forecast to C-level.
  • Develop customer and internal relationships, and lead generation with partners and/or technology vendors
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of market trends and technical solutions, helping Dracoon account teams to originate and close relevant deals
  • Strongly support communication between other sales departments, Marketing, Customer Success and Product Management
  • Balance between heavy pipeline generation, outbound prospecting, and running tight sales cycles from start to finish
  • Collaborate with customers & prospects to clearly define current challenges and pain related to achieving overall business objectives


What you should bring with you:

  • Experience in working in the midmarket SAAS sales market
  • Min. 3 years sales management experience with direct reports , having worked for a US vendor is a plus.
  • Fluent German & English
  • Ability to spend at least 3 days a week in Regensburg
  • Proven track record in achieving ambitious sales goals
  • Know how in Sales methodologies like Challenger, Solution Selling , Miller Heiman, Tas etc. is expected
