receeve is looking to hire an Office Manager (f/m/d) supporting receeve with all administrative matters in part-time (20 - 25h/week; in some cases even 40h). These include management of our office in Hamburg, Travel Planning, Supplier and Device Management and Event Management. You’ll work closely with the Founders and our Finance Manager.



Your tasks


  • You are in charge of booking travels and coordinating processes.
  • You own receeve’s expense management including employee travel, external suppliers and subscription management.
  • You are responsible for managing all matters related to our office space at Beehive (mail, coordination of access, order office supplies, etc.).
  • You support planning events.
  • You demonstrate creative problem-solving in your daily work and keep yourself updated on Best Practices.
  • Administrative and organizational support, including data maintenance and documentation.


Requirements

Your profile


  • Ideally, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant work experience in the field of office management. (You are currently assisting a C-Level Manager in a large organization or venture-funded startup.)

  • You are passionate about supporting and working with people and are known for your organisational skills.

  • You have excellent German (min. C1) and English (min. B2) communication skills, written and spoken.

  • You perceive challenges as opportunities to apply your creative problem-solving.

  • You live in or near Hamburg, Germany and will be in our office usually once a week (direct next to the Hamburg main train station).

  • Experience with GSuite, Personio, Confluence or Asana are a plus.
