Perfood GmbH offers a scientifically based program for personalized nutrition. By means of a continuous blood glucose measurement and a determination of the intestinal bacteria, the program analyzes which metabolic reactions certain foods trigger in the individual. The findings are the basis for a personalized nutritional recommendation. According to the latest scientific findings diseases, such as migraines, can be treated through individualized nutrition and the and general well-being can be increased.

Your mission:

• Further development of our medical products app, which guides customers through our therapy program
• Agile working in a scrum team with experienced software architects, Product developers, and data analysts
• Implement new technologies at the highest Security standard to protect the data of our patients
• Continuous optimization of the performance and usability of the project together with the product team
• Keeping an eye on the regulatory requirements of a medical device and incorporate them into the development
• Support junior developers on their way to becoming outstanding Programmers

What you bring:

• At least 3-4 years of experience on a software development team
• Degree in computer science or similar field
• Motivation to learn new technologies and complex issues
• Fun to develop yourself and the team further
• You speak fluent  English and fluent German is an advantage
• You love great software code

Very good knowledge in:

• Javascript / Angular / Typescript, NodeJS
• Agile development methods, especially Scrum
• Confident handling of git
• Automated software testing (unit tests with Jasmine and Karma, integration tests)

Desirable Knowledge:

• Experience with native iOS app development
• Experience with native Android app development
• Python, SQL, CouchDB
• Continuous integration
• Experience in Ionic 5 would be an asset
