Business Development Manager (f/m/x)

Ihre Aufgaben

Our goal is to make mechanical engineering sustainable by implementing digital smart sensor systems. This new technology reduces costs and increases the safety in critical areas of different industries. We would like to define Predictive Maintenance in a new way and set a new standard in Condition Monitoring.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (f/m/x) to strengthen our team on the business side and act as a link to our B2B customers.

You will work as an essential team member on the business coordination of R&D projects, help us to accelerate the potential of the company by optimizing our business model and work closely with the founder team on the financial planning. This position gives you the opportunity to explore new use-cases, industries, and customers for our product.

Ihr Profil

Your profile

  • University degree with focus on business (business administration, mechanical engineering management, …)
  • Strong communication skills for the contact to international customers and excitement to sell disruptive high-tech products
  • Affinity for innovation and technology
  • Work experience in R&D, technology, or startups advantageous
  • Experience with Austrian/EU public funding advantageous

We offer part- or full-time employment with a salary of € 35.000 (full-time equivalent) and the possibility to take part in our attractive ESOP. We are willing to pay a premium if you have relevant professional experience from a similar environment.
